Residential contract dates for academic session 2026-2027 are Friday, 11 September 2026 until Friday, 11 June 2027. Additional nights outside this period are available on request.

Payments
- All Accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account.
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment of £200 must be paid.
- Accommodation charges will be updated to your MyCampus account no later than 4 weeks after you check in. Accommodation Services is not responsible for the collection of your fees, only the generation of the charge.

- The standard schedule for payment of accommodation fees is seven instalments from October to April.
- Direct Debit schedules showing actual payment dates and amounts will be issued after you have completed financial registration on MyCampus. Find out what typical instalments are.
- Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their place for the full contract period as stated on the contract.
- Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
- Wi-Fi Internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use. Users must agree to comply with University of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Options for extending residence contracts from 11 June 2027 for periods up to September 2027 will be offered to residents in certain self-catered accommodation around mid-February 2027.
