## Undergraduate accommodation fees
Residential contract dates for academic session **2026-2027** are **Friday, 11 September 2026** until **Friday, 11 June 2027**. Additional nights outside this period are available on request.
The residence fees are inclusive of the following:
- Heating and utilities
- Wi-Fi internet access

**The standard schedule for payment of accommodation fees is seven instalments from October to April.**

**Payments**
- All Accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account.
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment of **£200** must be paid.
- Accommodation charges will be updated to your MyCampus account no later than 4 weeks after you check in. Accommodation Services is not responsible for the collection of your fees, only the generation of the charge.

- **The standard schedule for payment of accommodation fees is seven instalments from October to April.**

- Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their place **for the full contract period** as stated on the contract.
- Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
- Wi-Fi Internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use. Users must agree to comply with [University of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.](https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/it/policy/codeofconduct/)
- Options for extending residence contracts from **11 June 2027** for periods up to **September 2027** will be offered to residents in certain self-catered accommodation around **mid-February 2027**.
