Postgraduate accommodation fees
Residential contract start date for academic session 2026-2027 is Friday 11 September 2026. For standard contract end date see residence details below. The option to extend your contract over Summer 2027 will be available.
The residence fees are inclusive of the following:
- Heating and utilities
- Wi-Fi internet access
- Group insurance cover for possessions
The standard schedule for payment of accommodation fees is seven instalments from October to April.

Payments
- Accommodation fees must be paid through your MyCampus account.
- To complete acceptance of your accommodaiton offer, an advance prepayment of £200 must be paid.
- See Payment Methods for how to pay your accommodation fees.
- The standard schedule for payment of accommodation fees is seven instalments from October to April.
- Direct Debit schedules showing actual payment dates and amounts will be issued after arrival. Typical instalments can be reviewed on the Direct Debit page.
- Residents are required to accept the contract undertaking to occupy their place for the full contract period as stated on the contract.
- Charges above are inclusive of group insurance cover for possessions.
- 24/7 Wi-Fi Internet access in all bedrooms and communal areas is included and is controlled by the service provider to prevent inappropriate use. Users must agree to comply with University of Glasgow IT Regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Options for extending residence contracts from 11 June 2027 for periods up to September 2027 will be offered to residents around mid-February 2027.
