As a member of SiO Athletica you have group training included in your membership. We offer many different classes, such as classes in yoga, martial arts, dance, strength and cycling.
As a member you have access up to 300 group training classes each week. The classes are divided into eight different categories. All of our six clubs have group training classes each day from early morning to late evening. Scroll down and find your favourite class!
