Graduate Student Customized Career Development Program Overview

To enhance graduate students’ competencies and career development, the program is designed and operated based on each academic stage—entry (adjustment), enrollment (maturation), and graduation (transition to society)—offering both curricular and extracurricular programs including career pathways.

Curriculum Career Exploration and Design I, II (GRA505, GRA508) Through special lectures by industry professionals, students gain a better understanding of the job market and hiring trends, supporting career exploration and goal setting aligned with their aptitudes and strengths.
Self-Understanding Strengths-Based Small Group Coaching Provides an opportunity to enhance self-understanding through strength assessments and apply the insights to career planning.
Graduate Career Reporter 'Kukers' Meet Korea University graduate alumni to conduct interviews and write articles on career-related topics, collect success stories, and support the development of a graduate student career roadmap.
