Graduate Student Customized Career Development Program Overview

To enhance graduate students’ competencies and career development, the program is designed and operated based on each academic stage—entry (adjustment), enrollment (maturation), and graduation (transition to society)—offering both curricular and extracurricular programs including career pathways.

Self-Understanding	Strengths-Based Small Group Coaching		○		○	Provides an opportunity to enhance self-understanding through strength assessments and apply the insights to career planning.
Graduate Career Reporter 'Kukers'			○	○	Meet Korea University graduate alumni to conduct interviews and write articles on career-related topics, collect success stories, and support the development of a graduate student career roadmap. Tailored PDP (Professional Development Program) by Education-Research Groups (Year-Round Operation)

Each education-research group offers tailored programs for employment and career development, aligned with its goal of cultivating specialized professionals. These programs aim to strengthen competencies in knowledge, technical skills, and professional attitudes required for education and research, based on the specific characteristics of each group.
