#### Graduate Student Customized Career Development Program Overview

To enhance graduate students’ competencies and career development, the program is designed and operated based on each academic stage—**entry (adjustment), enrollment (maturation), and graduation (transition to society)**—offering both curricular and extracurricular programs including career pathways.

#### Graduate Student Customized Career Development Program: Program Structure per Semester

The program is structured into three areas based on career maturity levels—**self-understanding, information acquisition, and skill enhancement**—allowing students to engage in customized career development activities. \

- Each education-research group offers tailored programs for employment and career development, aligned with its goal of cultivating specialized professionals. These programs aim to strengthen competencies in knowledge, technical skills, and professional attitudes required for education and research, based on the specific characteristics of each group.
