Use the "Forgot password" function and receive a link to reassign a personal password. - I can't enter a quantity on the item, why?
If you wish to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and the shopping cart icon does not appear, this means that the item is currently unavailable and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please contact us by e-mail or phone to find out when the item will be available again. - Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Please note, however, that even for small orders and small order amounts the full shipping costs must be charged. - What options do I have to pay for my purchases?
Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Master), Postcard or TWINT (for Switzerland and Liechtenstein). - Can articles be shipped abroad?
Yes, parcels are sent by Swiss Post up to a gross weight of 2 kg and a maximum parcel size of 90 cm (width/height/length).
- Economy: unregistered, without Track&Trace, package loss at buyer's risk\
- Priority: registered, with Track&Trace, insured
Please also note that any customs costs or value-added tax on importation are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. - How long does the delivery take?
As a rule, delivery times apply according to the information under the heading "Delivery conditions". In urgent cases, please contact UZH-Merchandise-Partner Pandinavia in advance (shop.uzh@pandinavia.ch, Tel. +41 043 266 22 66). Please note that public holidays, production or company holidays may affect delivery times accordingly. The shipping times are a guideline and may vary, especially for deliveries abroad. - What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are indicated under the heading "Delivery conditions" and are visible in the order process. - Can I pick up the ordered goods?
The goods ordered online are delivered directly to the customer by UZH-Merchandise-Partner Pandinavia. A pick-up at the University of Zurich is not possible. However, the goods can be collected directly from Pandinavia in Kloten. - Can the items be returned?
If you do not like an item and it is unused, you can return it to UZH-Merchandise-Partner Pandinavia within 14 days. Please follow the instructions and conditions under the heading "Terms of Delivery". - Can the articles be exchanged?
If you wish to exchange the item, you can return the item within 14 days to UZH-Merchandise-Partner Pandinavia, whereupon they will make the exchange or offer you either a full refund of the value of the item or the delivery of a replacement item if the exchange is not possible. Please follow the instructions and conditions under the heading "Terms of Delivery". - I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
If the goods have been damaged during shipment, please inform UZH-Merchandise-Partner Pandinavia by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Return the item to Pandinavia within 14 days and Pandinavia will send you a replacement or offer you either a full refund or a replacement if the item is no longer available. Please follow the instructions and conditions under the heading "Terms of Delivery". - Why do you recommend my email address as a username?
Your email address is unique in the world. The e-mail address as a user name is a clearly defined term. Passwords are stored securely encrypted. If the password is lost, a new password can be created quickly and automatically. - Which browsers are supported?
