Applications for Autumn 2026 intake have closed.
Applications for Spring 2026 intake are open and will close on 28 June 2026.
Why study an honours course?
Honours courses allow you to gain a deeper understanding and expertise in your chosen field, developing your research and communication skills.
They can be an edge in the job market or a stepping stone to further research degrees, such as a masters.
Who can study an honours course?
To study an honours course, you generally need to have completed a bachelor degree by the time your honours course commences.
What should I do before applying for an honours course?
The admissions requirements for honours differ by course.
Depending on your course, you may need to:
- decide on a research topic, either from those offered by your faculty or according to your own interests
- confirm a supervisor within your faculty is willing to oversee your research.
